The entire set of slides for a short course in chemical kinetics for combustion engineers (inspired by the course Edward Blurock is giving at the IFP-School , in Paris France) has been put in the form of 30 podcasts. The podcasts are found on several media, including you-tube , but also in DVD in the form of a playable DVD. On this site, further material for the course is found using the Moodle virtual learning environment (log in as guest). The topics include: - Motivation

New tutorials giving Flash presentations of screen shots of the webREACTION client are available here. Besides the basics of how to use the interface, mechanism generation , lumping , dead end analysis and isomer comparisons between mechanisms are explained. These tutorials provide a good overview of how the system capabilities (before getting confused on trying the interface 'live'). |
